The Truth About Being A High Value Man

What Is A High Value Man? A Comprehensive Step-By-Step Guide

The problem is how we define that. What’s high value to one person may be low value to another. A rich man’s Mcdonalds may be a starving man’s 5-star restaurant.

So what we’re going to do is break down what being a high value man is and ways you can step your value up to yourself and ultimately everyone else too.

1. What is value?

Value is determined by how rare a resource is. Think about it, why is gold expensive and dirt cheap? Because gold is rare and dirt is everywhere!

You need to be the exception to the rule.

A guy of such value that a woman can’t let you get away because when’s the next time a man of such value is going to come along? Now that we know what value is, how can you become a man of value?

2. Do you know who you are?

It’s a rare (value) thing for a man to really know who he is. If you ask most people who they are they’ll likely tell you their name, what they do for work, or their hobbies.

That’s not who they are and that’s not who you are. Who you are is a culmination of your intrinsic values, your experiences, and your worldview.

Once you know what those things are you’ll know what you bring to the table and you should refuse to settle for anything (or anyone) less in your life.

3. Know what you want?

It’s a rare thing for a man to truly know who he is. Do you know what’s rarer? A man that knows who he is AND what he wants.

If you don’t know what you want you’re likely to end up with anything. That’s due to a lack of screening and having proper criteria.

Most guys’ criteria are two things. a) Is she cute? and b) Is she nice to me? That’s not gonna cut it! You should know what your life looks like and find a woman compatible with it.

4. Work on yourself.

I’m a firm believer in health, wealth, and relationships, in that order. In all three of those areas, you should be looking to level up.

Don’t look to be perfect, just look to be better than you were yesterday.

I’ll fill you in on a little secret….nobody has arrived. Anyone that you look at that you think has it all figured out is trying to reach the next level, I promise you.

5. Take action.

It’s not enough to read articles, watch YouTube videos, be in Facebook groups, etc.

The info is out there but without the action it’s pointless. It’s like being all dressed up with nowhere to go, you’re wasting your time.

Netflix is more entertaining in my opinion than studying a bunch of theories. It’s cliche but experience really is the best teacher.

Don’t be a theorist… be a practitioner.
